Sorry for replying in english. By being established in Canada do you mean whether there is going to be a first round there?
Well, that is a good question.

But with our choice of first round locations (New York, Moscow, Budapest, Bergen and Paris) we were already trying to pick places easy for access for all.

And all singers are invited, age and nationality does not matter!
